How does your Silent Master express Itself?  How does it create?  With thoughts and ideas.  You, expressing your Silent Master, will learn to create what you desire by thinking in a new way, by thinking Its thoughts.  Then, as indicated before, there thoughts and ideas will take material form as your body and emotions, as events and things.

This picture of Great Grandmaster Kim makes me feel very peaceful. Because as my Master instructor, she helped put me on that path of self-discovery, to study the art of Jung Suwon, and to teach me how to find myself and my potential.  It was an awesome training process, and still is today.

I take this section to mean, that when you embark on the path of discovering “who you are“, through the 7 Steps to Inner Power, that you will start by discovering your strengths and weaknesses.   Here you will discover the Truth about yourself, and what you are good at, and what you need to overcome.  Physically it is fairly easy to see where you are strong, and where you are weak, but what about mentally and emotionally.  This step is really about recognizing your strengths and weaknesses at all levels.

Therefore, the next step will be to work on the path of Purifying yourself.  But from what you might ask?   From your bad habits, and from the bad influence from others.  Lets say you want to improve your weaknesses, but ask the question, what gets in the way.  Is it your laziness, or your depression, or lack of discipline.  You need to look deeply to find the root cause and then fix it.

I just spoke about only 2 of the Seven Steps, but this is an incredible ongoing process, and as you follow the 7 Steps to Inner power you will gain knowledge and wisdom about who you really are, and be able to control your destiny.  You will be able to answer deeper questions about yourself.  What do you want to become?  What do you want to accomplish during your life?  What do you want to leave behind?  As you continue to gain this self knowledge, you will feel more “complete, peaceful, and fulfilled”.

One warning – this path is not for the faint at heart.  It takes hard work, discipline, desire, a flexible mind, sacrifice, and a commitment to learn deeply about yourself.  In my mind, it is about awakening your potential.  Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim strived all her life to the be the best, and she achieved it as one of the highest ranking Martial Artist in the world.   In my mind, what makes Dr. Tae Yun Kim a great human being and a great teacher is that she is using her experience and accomplishments to teach others.  She really wants to pass on her knowledge and life lessons to people that really want to learn.  Lets strive for that level of excellence in all areas of our lives.  As she states, “You can be the master of your life.  He can do, she can do, why not me!”.

You will read about this later, and find out more about this later, but without it you are doomed.  All Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim’s life she talked about many things, but one of the most important qualities we all need is Patience.  Without it, we can not achieve our goals.  Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim always emphasizes this in her school – Jung SuWon Academy of Martial Arts, and in all her products ( see Northstar Productions to find out more).  Physically it is easy for us to all understand.  If we are not consistent in our physical training, then we cannot achieve anything substantial.  But with patience we can improve our physical conditioning tremendously.  Anyone that has tried, knows this for sure.  But the same is true emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  We need to set high goals and go for it, but for long term success we need patience.

You Have the Power to Fulfill Your Dreams

Your Silent Master is completely aware, infinitely Intelligent, and ready to give you all the insight, information, and direction you need to fulfill your dreams, ambitions, and goals.  In fact, this Consciousness is the Source of all your true desires.

- I remember going to college and not really having a vision or dreams.  All I knew is I wanted to be happy and successful.  I studied and worked hard in school, but there was so much to deal with.  Career, family, relationships, peer pressure, opportunities, missed opportunities, I had been going out with a girl and figured I should get married, but on the other hand, I felt like I had so much more to do in my life, and that it wasn’t the right time.  My mind wrestled with this back and forth and finally I decided to get engaged.  Why not?  Everyone else was doing it.  It seemed like the right thing to do.  And yet it didn’t seem like the right thing to do.  I wrestled emotionally with myself day and night.  The internal stress was huge.  All really, because I didn’t truly know myself and know what I wanted in life.

- One of the best decisions I made in my life was to start looking for a real Martial arts master to train under.  I found Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim.  What an incredible person.  Extremely beautiful, intelligent, calm, self-assured, wise, and in great physical and mental condition.  I had a chance to train under her and learn something very special in my life.  I would never get another special opportunity like this.  So I trained hard to become a master, and to my surprise this was more about body mind and spirit.  It was more about learning about my strengths and weaknesses on all levels.  Through that I started to discover great strengths, and felt like I could do everything ten times better.  My mind was clear and focused and I could study and retain much more information.  I felt incredible.  I now know I have the power to fulfill my dreams.

- But Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim wouldn’t let me get arrogant and selfish.  She really guided me to develop a deeper relationship with God and the spiritual world.  She helped me to understand that not everyone is as fortunate as me, and I have to help others.  A worldly purpose started to develop deep in my heart and my relationship to God got much deeper.   I started on an unknown path, and I found a most fulfilling, loving and adventurous path.

What a concept!  You always heard that say “be careful what you ask for”.  This also means, “Be careful what you think”, because it is shaping who you are, and what you become.  I never realized that.  Because alot of negativity was going on in my subconscious.  Grandmaster
Tae Yun Kim put me on a special meditation program.  After some time, I started to become aware of my inner voice.  Sometimes it would be criticizing others, or judging what was going on around me.  But rarely did I have my inner thoughts focus towards a more peaceful world, and improving my life, etc..  Well once I started to become aware of my thoughts, the next step was to be able to control this inner voice, and consciously direct it towards positive things I really wanted to accomplish in my life.  This self awareness also helps prevent destructive thoughts from getting inside you and tearing you apart, like jealousy, or greed, or power.  What an incredible program.  thank you Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim for all your wisdom and incredible programs.  I took this at the Jung SuWon Martial Art Academy in Fremont, California.  I also got some of Dr. Kim’s products at NorthStar Productions.

You have heard it before, be careful what you think?  But what if we focus our minds to good and positive thoughts.  Just think what we can achieve!  The sky is the limit.

We need to keep garbage and temptation out of your minds.  We need to feel comfortable with our purpose in life and thus be able to focus on our future.  If we can do that, we can greatly improve our lives.  It isn’t easy.  I trained in the art of Jung SuWon Martial Arts for many years before I was able to understand this, and more importantly, achieve this level of peace and clarity in my mind.  My physical and mental training was intense, and I meditated everyday for years.  Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim guided me to help me get to that point of clarity and strength in my heart and mind.  I always heard that we only use 10% of our mental capacity, and I wanted to tap into more of my potential.  This training allowed me to tap into much more of my potential and mental capabilities.  I feel forever grateful to Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim for helping me to achieve this state.  Now I only wish to share it with others.

the power that beats your heart.  Because you are this Consciousness, whatever qualities the Life Force possesses, you possess also.

I first heard this from Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim.  At first I couldn’t comprehend it.  All this power and life force talk.  What is that?  But I finally got it.  The Life Force that created this universe also created me.  I therefore come from the same root and therefore possess the same powers as the Life Force.  Is that possible?  After awhile it becomes more obvious through Jung SuWon training.  I trained regularly at the Jung SuWon Academy of Martial Arts, in Fremont, California.  What a great place to learn and develop.  Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim showed me how to tap into my inner power and ki energy.  It was amazing.  I asked to be put on a special Master’s program, and I discovered so much about myself.  My mental and physical capability increased daily, and spiritually I had deeper and more exciting experiences everyday.  What a journey and adventure!  Finally the self-realization comes -> we have that power within us.  We just need a teach like Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim to help us find it, and our own commitment to go get it.

Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim wants us to understand our uniqueness and power.  She also wants us to understand our responsibility, and to be a positive force in this world, and to help and motivate others.  Over the years, I have reread these Silent Master Images.  Every time they take on a new meaning.  I gain a deeper understanding of my abilities, my creativity, and my responsibility.   Those that have an interest can take this exciting journey of self-discovery and have a positive effect on this world and those arounds us.   This is a deep part of the philosophy of Jung SuWon, and the Seven Steps to Inner Power. As I read these words again, I am reminded of the wisdom of these words.  Just like a picture can tell a thousand words, forming an image is very powerful.  It helps to focus our mind, body, and spirit towards a vision of what you want to become.  It is a very powerful change within ourselves.  It can be used to overcome obstacles and limitations in our lives.  I know in my life, it helped me to continue to grow as a person, and improve in many areas of my life.  I just needed the mental discipline to apply these tidbits of wisdom, along with the 7th Step to Inner Power – Patience and a positive mental attitude.

Don’t be a farmer and expect fruit the next day.  Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim always instructed me to study nature to discover many universal truths.  The process and patience of a plant growing from a seed, to producing fruit, is a process that we need to apply to our goals…
